Michelle is a former Immigration case officer and former delegate to the Minister of Immigration. She has represented the Australian government in detention centres all over Australia in assessing refugee’s human rights as part of the United Nations refugee convention. Michelle has worked directly with and continues to provide consultation to a range of law firms in Immigration law space. She also actively contributes to the profession by training and presenting continuous professional development to fellow migration agents and lawyers.
